Had 5 piece boneless chicken strips in hot flavour. Had no taste at all. Very bland. Watery And had a donner burger meal which again lacked flavour. The worker was very pleasant and helpful and price was decent. Just shame about quality

Unfortunately the chicken was dried and burned and the fries extremely untasted very dry too. I am sorry but doesn’t worth the money and not recommend

Disappointed - quality really gone down. Food isn’t freshly grilled - seems like it’s pre cooked and then sent for delivery. Chicken was all very dry & hardly any flavour, quarter legs looked very old. The skin on one piece was rubbery and hard off for freshly grilled chicken. Everything had arrived cold. One would assume waiting for almost 1.5 hours they’re making it fresh and will arrive hot. Not the case. Have given them a few chances but sadly won’t be ordering from here again.

Food is usually great from here but it took ages to come tonight, over 30 minutes later than expected delivery time. The food is usually steaming hot and was stone cold tonight. Disappointed.

Well I asked for a large doner kebab in pitta it arrived with the pitta underneath the kebab meat very pointless and today I have had a very upset tummy so sorry I will not be using again

This particular takeaway is one of my usuals but on this occasion they let me down. I had to wait over an hour for my food and when I phoned to ask where my order was they kept me waiting for 5 minutes as they tried to locate my order and kept asking me my address. Finally the food came and it was lukewarm like it had been sitting in the shop for a while and then they forgot my drink. Also on their website it states no delivery fee if orders are over £10 which mine was but they still charged me £2 for delivery???? and when I phoned to complain they just stated the delivery charge was now £2 despite the website stating the opposite.

Never usually have an issue with these guys, order regularly. However yesterdays order was awful! The chips were only just about cooked and tasted funny portion sizes were also a little on the stingy side but that can be overlooked. The garlic pizza bread only had the garlic sauce in the middle so all round the edges was dry and burnt bread. The salad in the wrap was old dripping water and discoloured so majority of the the food was left uneaten. Very disappointed

Had the cheeseburger meal. For the price the quality was great. Tasted like a flamed grilled burger and the fries where great too not greasy. I was very impressed and will definitely order from here again

It was hot,fresh and on time. I was disappointed that there was no sauce on it as I'm used to with my usual place so it was a bit dry. If you like it hot and spicy ask for extra hot...I asked for hot and it was t remotely spicy

Absolutely amazing! This place never fails! Always friends staff. Polite delivery drivers and the food is exceptional! Always turns up hot and fresh and within the time given. Highly recommend
